Weblytica is a digital strategy and automation consultancy founded and run by Andy O'Neil, in business since 2012. We help small businesses hand their repetitive work to automation and AI, and we build websites the same way we build everything else: with you, not just for you.

Andy has spent more than a decade inside the operations of real businesses, automating the work that eats their weeks: lead follow-up, review requests, intake handoffs, reporting, and the endless copying from one system to another. That work shaped a simple conviction. Tools only stick when the people who use them understand them.

Co-Building Is the Whole Philosophy

Every Weblytica project is co-built. We work on live calls with your team: you explain how the work really happens, we build together, and everyone sees how the pieces connect. More than 1,100 co-building calls with clients have shaped how we run projects, and the pattern holds across everything we do, from Make.com automations to Claude AI setups to complete websites.

The result is the opposite of a black box. By the time a project ships, your team knows what it does, why it works, and how to change it. If we ever part ways, everything keeps running and everything goes with you.

  • Custom Chrome Extensions. Small browser tools that close the gap between "automated" and "actually useful" for the clicks no integration reaches.
